Old barn for sale?

I have bought thousands of old barns from farmers, developers, cities, coal mines and so forth. Many of these in the Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia tri - state area, with a few scatted in Michigan, Indiana, Maryland, Kentucky, and New York.
These have all been removed, from the landscape by me. Some were in great distress, with caved in roofs, crooked walls, mountains of rotting hay, and a couple of them were even big barns destroyed by a tornado or two!
Many of the old hay barns were, The Timber Frame Design, post and beam with wooden pegs through mortise and tendon joints. The floors are wood planks as are the old grain bins. Some of the defects were as follows, roof leaks, a little Barn beam rot, some split timbers, a week basement wall in the old bank barn. Sometimes I find big heaps of trash, and abandoned possessions from a farm neglected. Many of these farms were economically repressed, deemed obsolete and left to ruins.
Some old 1800's historical pioneer built structures, had Cant Floor Joist, and thresher floor resting on a footer of handmade cut barn stone. I bought two dozen or more log cabins with dovetail notches, very popular restored as guest houses or hunting cabins. Six of the early American double log pen barns, or crib barn, have become reclaimed custom homes.

I have photographed all this through the process, and I have some fantastic pictures of landscapes as well. These photographs are available to view at: www.photos.barncash.info

Now I have started to inspect, report, and appraise these old barns for salvage. This service will help those who have these old buildings, and are in need of consultation. We aim to help sell old barns for fair market value. This Barn Inspection And Appraisal will come in very handy to get the rite amount for your barn or old structure
